Nick Hewer puts Rwanda’s health issues in the spotlight on the BBC

Not only has our Patron Nick Hewer once again graced our screens in assisting Lord Sugar in the BBC’s Junior Apprentice – he’s also been highlighting our work on BBC News Online.

During a visit to Rwanda last year, Nick saw our work firsthand. In his interview for the BBC he describes it as "…essentially ensuring that children grow up in a family environment, but in Rwanda particularly that they're taken out of malnutrition and grow up to be healthy kids – that's the core objective."

His account of our work and the health related problems facing many of the communities we support in Rwanda is part of the BBC’s regular feature called Cause Celeb.
